Submit a photo of your completed raffle card with 5 signatures, your name, and phone number to:

One completed card grants you one entry into each raffle.
Davis Square Restaurants Winter Raffle
Patronize any of the participating restaurants, collect signatures from the server or cashier, and enter into 3 different raffles for gift cards or a $300 grand prize! A small thank you from TSF for supporting Davis Square restaurants. One signature per person per restaurant visit.
